The Challenge:
Megan is a personal trainer & certified fitness coach for seniors (50+). She wanted to create a premium brand for her fitness coaching program that specifically targeted women.
The Solution:
During our Brand Discovery & Strategy session, we found out that Megan is a single mom who knows what it's like to juggle her personal life and business life, We proposed that she had a unique opportunity to help other busy women stay fit and find their work-life balance, since they could easily relate to hers. We came up with the name "Wise Fitness". 'Wisdom' is something that needs to earned over time - so her brand was not loud, but rather spoke softly. Her brand's ideal customer persona were executive working women (50+) who cared about staying fit, but because of the pandemic could not go to the gym - so they needed to have a way to work out from home. We created a premium brand that spoke to discerning audience, who appreciates quality and 1-on-1 coaching, and would even be willing to pay a premium for it.
We used LinkedIn as her primary platform for content marketing. Her lead-magnet was a free downloadable e-book called "Smoothie recipes for busy women 50+". Once prospects where in her email system, she would drip fitness teaser videos to get them to sign up for her 90 days online fitness coaching program. For those who needed extra help, would contact her for 1-on-1 online personal training.
